Gary has worked to empower dentists for more than 20 years. After watching a movie that poked fun at dentists, Gary discovered his life’s mission: altering America’s health by transforming the way the public relates to dentistry.

Gary realized that dentists rely on a broken business model that focuses on attracting new patients instead of engaging and educating current ones. After years of studying the recurring challenges that dentists face (team dynamics, finances, high patient turnover, etc), he created NextLevel Practice and the Complete Health Dentistry model.

With a commitment to positively impacting the industry, Amber stays abreast of the latest developments in healthcare to improve client growth. Her purpose is to guide others in discovering their power through inspiration and growth. When not in the office, Amber can be found indulging in her interests, such as traveling, wine tasting, and enjoying outdoor activities with her beloved black lab, Olive. “JJ” was inspired to become a dentist at age 5 when she shadowed her aunt, Dr. Josefina Gonzalez, from the Dominican Republic, for the summer at her practice. In 2003, JJ began her dental career and showed talent in the administrative and management aspects of dentistry. With her passion for helping patients become healthier, JJ has successfully managed General, Endodontic, Prosthodontic and Orthodontic practices in NYC and Dallas.

A fluent Spanish speaker, JJ lives with her daughter Lana, owns a small business, and enjoys playing volleyball to stay active.

Trista has been in education for the past 20 years and dental management for the last 6 years. She holds a Bachelor of Art in Education and a Master of Art in Administration.

He is outgoing and has a passion for sharing knowledge with dental teams and helping to build positive, unified dynamics within the practice.

Andrew lives in Sydney Australia, is married, with 4 boys and Scout the Home Manager (Dog). He loves watching his boys play cricket around the fields of Sydney and having friends over for dinner.

With 15 years of experience in customer service, Shelby joined the dental industry in 2017. As both an administrator and manager for a dental practice that worked with NextLevel Practice, she’s excited to bring first-hand, real-world knowledge to the team.
